Company reviews
"Best Product/Platform in the industry"
Former EmployeeSales
Best staff and product in the automotive digital marketing space but unfortunately the two founders ruin whatever highlights there are. It's one thing to be a micro manager. It's another to be a jerk when doing it.
Pros:
Cons:

"Just too expensive to sell. High Turnover rate for DC's"
Former EmployeeDigital Consultant
Everything is scripted and everybody has to stick to the script. Sales quotas are impossible to achieve because the product is too expensive. Just to get in for a demo sometimes takes up to 60 calls per client. Lots of changes to a position they hire you for. For example, they say appointments are given during the hiring process but thats not true, after hiring they make you a glorified cheer leader making 40 calls a day and have stringent requirements to micromanage every single breath you take. And when it comes to really managing to close a DEAL, management disappears and hold YOU accountable for a lost opportunity. Big investment for customers to sign up to a loooog contract, even the sales people don't know what they are selling for that investment. If you are looking for a short period out of college employment join C-4.
Pros:
Cons:

"Perfect job for someone right out of college"
Current EmployeeAccount Manager
Learn as much as you can in your time there and then move on otherwise you will burn yourself out. Take advantage of the smart people there and give HR as much feedback as you can when you leave.

"Fun workplace culture, frustrating and difficult job"
Current EmployeeAccount Coordinator
This is a decent job for a recent college graduate. The workplace is mostly on the younger side and the workplace culture is pretty good. The benefits are mediocre (though they just instilled unlimited PTO) and the pay is decent. However, dealing with clients in the auto industry is where the tough part lies. Clients are highly demanding and more often than not, work comes home with you at the end of the day due to volume. Additionally, there needs to be more organization and structure within the company. There needs to be significant hiring across all departments in order to keep up with the demand of client work and needs. I was excited when I first started out, but after seeing the severe demands from clients and the disorganization of the company from a lack of manpower standpoint, it's become tiresome and unnecessarily stressful. Work/life balance is almost non-existent. Definitely not for everybody
