Company reviews
"Very Relaxed Work Environment"
Current EmployeeSenior Technician
Easy to thrive, provided you work well without formal direction. Excellent office spaces with many creative spaces. Very friendly and knowledgeable team members.
Pros:
Cons:

"I've been around a while and I've never seen a hokey operation like this"
Former EmployeeAnalys
The managers at this place talk a big game. Supposedly, they only hire on contract-to-hire basis. I vetted this pretty hard and took the job through a fantastic recruiter, who I trust and have worked with for years. I was there one month and one day I was told that they couldn't keep me and one newer guy around. He was there maybe 2 weeks and had just started his first project that day. A total pro by the way. This was a week before Christmas Apparently, HQ decided they couldn't handle the headcount, they just changed their minds. Because some customers were postponing work by a couple weeks for the holidays. .. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, I can think of all kinds of things to say about them, but I'll take the high road. I only want to caution anyone that is thinking about this place that you should rethink working at this Mickey Mouse operation. . You can thank me later.

Cons:

"Quisitive"
Former EmployeeDirector of Philanthropy
I was at Quisitive from the beginning. The culture is not one that I would recommend to friends and family. What started as a great place evolved into a place where you weren't sure if the lights would still be on the next day.
Pros:
Cons:

"Fun place to work, but poor management"
Former EmployeeBusiness Analyst
Quisitive attempts to create a fun environment to work but seems to lose sight of business needs in order to make the company successful. Great people, good benefits, lack of direction for the company.
