Job description

Responsible for answering incoming member inquiries and following up on client requests. Provide benefit plan guidance, enrollment and customer service to English and Spanish speaking clients. Provide plan clarification by determining individual client requirements; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining data system/CRM.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Resolve member inquiries via phone, e-mail, or chat

· Answer inquires by clarifying various benefit plan information

· Research, verify and provide clarity to employees

· Use Telephones to reach out to customers to advice or verify account information

· Review and verify incoming dependent verification documentation (When applicable)

· Maintain benefit center system by entering information

· Document all call information according to standard operating procedure

· Serve as daily contact for employees and carriers

· Provide support to Benefit Specialist and Benefit Manager

· Additional Projects as needed

Qualification and Requirement:

· Excellent phone etiquette

· Excellent verbal communication skills

· Punctual

· Customer driven and focus on problem resolution

· Computer Skills and Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

· Must be detail oriented

Education/Training/Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

· Minimum One-year call center or customer service environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
