Company reviews
"If you like to be busy and especially if you are efficient, this could be a great fit for you."
Former EmployeeAccounting Manager
The culture and team feeling are wonderful at Countsy. I enjoyed my time there very much. The people are great and management, too. They use many different software and the opportunity for learning is huge. The hardest part of the job was developing and awareness of how I spent my time and tracking it for customer billing.

"Not A Happy Place"
Former EmployeeSenior Accountant
It’s like working in a factory. No human contact. They push you through training in hours & then expect you to perform up to their standards. Suggestions are rarely given as Countsy is only in this business to produce volume & not so much quality. Turnover is probably around 60-70% on an given week. No camaraderie. Staff is rude. Management plays favorites. I would not recommend Countsy.

"No career advancement"
Current EmployeeAssistant Controller
Work is boring and there is no career advancement. After few months work is repetitious and not interesting. The work is admin tasks and at jr level work, good for someone that just graduated college and starting their career.
