About Us

At eFund Insurance, we are committed to selling a purpose-driven product (final expense life insurance) that helps loved ones protect their most valuable assets: their families. We pioneered the model over a decade ago of providing whole life insurance from a highly rated insurance company allowing the consumer to choose the policy amount that best meet their unique needs. Two foundational pillars underpin eFund Insurance's success: A sales force of highly trained and skilled agents who provide a consultative needs analysis for every consumer, and proprietary technology that sources and routes high-quality leads.

Since 2012, we have been recognized by American Amicable Group as a Top Life Insurance Marketing Organization and recognized as one of the fastest-growing final expense telesales agencies in the country. Beyond the awards and accolades, the age of the purpose-driven organization has taken root in the U.S. because stakeholders are increasingly demanding that companies have a purpose beyond making a profit, and that is who eFund Insurance is. We are not just an insurance company looking to make a buck.

Company reviews
"Wonderful platform and support"
Current EmployeeInsurance Agent
I have worked in insurance for over 5 years and this company and the training they provide is exceptional. I love the people and if you are trainable and coachable you will be successful.
Pros:
Cons:

"Productive and fun place to work"
Current EmployeeInsurance Advisor
When you work with the management, they encourage you with comments, and recognition every day. It is not really competitive, I tend to compete with myself. I have set my sales goals, and increase what I expect, and generally acheive them.
Pros:
Cons:

"Micromanagement, Nepotism, Overwork, Lack of flexibility."
Former EmployeeTelemarketer
As a career salesperson i was extremely dismayed to find out that they manipulate the leads. They have the wrong mentality about this. They view employees as disposable, expendable cogs in the wheel that must conform and obey or else. I went from 3 sales in one day to 0 sales in over a week saying the exact same pitch, the same way because if you dont do it their way they cut you off.

"As in any commission job you get what you put into it, that's it that's all it is to it!"
Current EmployeeBenefit Specialist
The culture is good the owner is incredible and you have the opportunity to write your own income. But just like anything else in life oh, anything worth having will be difficult in the beginning.
