Company reviews
"Lots of Adjustment to Growth"
Current EmployeeDirector
The team is fantastic and setting expectations so you are not surprised day 1. The team was motivated to hire and pulled multiple people together to give different perspectives of the company. The pace is fast and change is always adjusting as the company grows. The team members and executives are open to talking about the direction of the company. I have found the company to be transparent and met expectations. We are constantly improving the process and getting better with each iteration.
Pros:

"There were great people and a great team"
Former EmployeeRelationship Manager
Great place with great people! Figuring out upward mobility is tough here, but worth it. Finding a good mentor at this company makes all of the difference!

"None provided"
Former EmployeeData Analyst
I prefer not to rate this company. Overall the company was okay but needs to hire and keep committed employees. Sometimes cheaper is not better. Hiring people that you don't plan to keep is a critical flaw of this organization.

Former EmployeeAccounts Payable Specialist
My time at Hightower Advisors was very fulfilling. I had a opportunity to learn a lot about securities. Hightower overall, was a good work environment. The people there were extremely bright and professional. I would definitely give them a ten!
