"Stay away!!!"
Former EmployeeProposal Coordinator
Worst place to work! There is no work life balance. None. The owners are awful. The turnover rate is ridiculous! Do not work here! Their benefits are awful. Just do not waste your time, and do not work here.

"Good environment, low pay and no room for advancement. "

Work-life balance Work-life balance at CTEC is decent. Oh Pay & benefits My pay and benefits at CTEC are to low for the broad scope of work. Get paid the same for leading the job or being the new guy. Job security and advancement In terms of job security at CTEC, I think it’s good if your good. Management In general, managers at CTEC good to work with. Culture Collaboration with my colleagues at CTEC is okay. Overall My experience working at CTEC is okay a great job but not a career.

Working with Military Family was an honor for me. It was a contract job and it worked for the time I needed. The Training process could have been better, Overall nice place to work.

"Most of the staff members were not happy"
Former EmployeeAccount Manager
Was able to work from home Staff could have been appreciated more. Company was segregated between departments which made it difficult to work together as a team
