"Loved working here"
Former Employee•Customer Service Representative
January 4, 2022•Horsham, PA
Its a call center job . Some days are good with the callers others not so much . On a typical day i would expect 40 or so calls.
Learned about quite a few different types of life insurance.
Immediate management was great and felt like they truly wanted me to succeed
Pros:
My immediate supervisors were incredibly helpful, There is a culture of niceness there so you can approach anyone and they will help
Cons:
The technology is outdated and that makes things harder (for employees and clients), Sometimes things that would clearly help are not implemented
"great job security"
Former Employee•Specialist

Repetitive work tasks made it hard at times. Management was generally good and helpful and encouraged gaining knowledge and meeting others who do similar work outside the company. They hire good, decent people. However there could have been more of a career path for someone who is youngers and doesn't want to just use the job to better their resume.
Pros:
Had a good cafeteria, a workout center and good place to take walks on breaks. Company is a decent, ethical company that hires good people.
Cons:
Good, competitive benefits.
"Short and sweet."
Former Employee•Senior Programmer

All talk no action. Management is horrible. They favor the younger workers instead of the heart and soul workers with years of experience. Not a good place to be when you have put in 10+ years of your life.
Pros:
None
Cons:
Too many to list

Very fulfilling job. Worked with knowledgeable people who really love their job and helping others. The nicest group I have ever worked with. I would work here again, if given the opportunity.
