WORK FROM HOME EVERYDAY (LONG TERM!!!!)

We are seeking well-spoken, customer-focused, patient and compassionate people to join our team. The Customer Service Representative acts as the product resource liaison between our client and their current or potential customers. The Customer Service Representatives will help and assist customers over the phone to solve issues and handle complaints and inquiries related to the specific product that they are assigned to support. The goal of the Customer Service Representative is to efficiently and professionally resolve the call to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

Provide excellent customer support to customers with friendly, professional and welcoming attitude

Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary

Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing on-line resources

Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries

Provide customers with product and service information as needed

Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills

Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities

Job Requirements

Professional work ethic

Strong phone and verbal communication

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage your time effectively

Active listening with ability to resolve customer issues

Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications

Minimum typing speed of 25wpm

Ability to identify and escalate priority issues

Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information

Quiet work space

High speed internet

Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required (Spanish or French)

This was my first remote work from home job. Most companies wouldn't take a second look at me due to no experience working remotely. I was super nervous starting but my trainers made me feel comfortable. They teach you everything you need to know and don't just try and make you cram it all in at once. The pay is great, you get a set schedule, and paid holidays even before your 90 days is up..as long as your not currently training of course..All-in-all a great place to work!

Everyone is super nice and super helpful! The training is very thorough but if you don't understand something or don't feel ready to engage, they will work with until you do. It's all about teamwork, each department is always willing to help another one out. If you do the work promotion is available. It's nice to finally not dread going to work!
