Very hard physical job. Load and unload pallets, too much lifting. When you get hurt they try to for yourself to quit. Medical insurance is very expensive.

Cons:

"They claim people are at the top of the circle but that’s a lie"
Former Employee
This company has really gone down hill after OFG. Every person is over worked and under appreciated. Management is pounded by regional management/VP’s to hit numbers which trickles down to hourly and eventually creates poor working conditions. They claim people are at the top of the circle of excellence but that is false. They allow customers to treat CSR/sales, warehouse and drivers poorly. This all the while claiming to be “woke and inclusive.” That’s another of their ways to pander and eliminate people and positions. Many times people give up their vacation days because they were so understaffed. OFG and Covid really showed the true colors of this company.
