Who we are:

At Coding with Kids, we teach computer programming classes to students in grades K-12. We are looking for a person passionate about quality classes for kids, who will help us deliver the most amazing end to end experience for our customers!

Who you are:

You are passionate about educating children and delivering high-quality curriculum. You work well independently, manage your time well, and stay focused. You have excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing the best experience for parents and students alike. You are organized, have strong problem-solving skills including online research, and have a willingness and desire to drive change and constantly look for improvements.

What the job is:

Our Customer Experience manager is tasked withbeing the champion and voice for our parents and students. They will partner with our Operations Manager and Instructor Care Manager to facilitate a exceptional experience from start to finish. There will also be the opportunity to work with our development team to create the best website tools and introduce new initiatives to grow our business while maintaining high quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
