"Poor culture"
Former EmployeeNone yet
High turnover. Start initiatives that they do not finish. Pay and benefits are very good. Overall I would not recommend thisworkplace. Toxic in many ways.

"Stay away."
Current EmployeeMechanical Technician
No room to advance. Large layoffs are common several times a year. Expectations of you increase every year with little to no pay increase. Long time employees are not valued or respected. Never able to reach goals because they are always increasing.

"Overall, good company"
Former EmployeeProcess Engineer
Relaxed work environment but still task oriented. Company was very structured but a lot of managers and little techs. Often production floor was short staffed.
