CRM Manager

Urgently Hiring – Remote Position

Avantage® Entertainment is a pre-launch global entertainment brand focused on mobile and online gaming of sports and high-end table games. We’re looking to hire a CRM Manager to build out our customer communications.

The role will consist of:

  • Lifecycle journey design, implementation, and testing
  • Custom email development (HTML + CSS a plus but not required, live on device testing)
  • Segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content
  • Mobile push and in-app messaging
  • Data planning and governance support related to lifecycle marketing needs

If you have vast experience creating onboarding journeys, funnel, and triggered journeys in helping convert visitors into customers and are looking for an exciting opportunity in a pre-launch gaming company, we’d love to talk to you.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 Years as a CRM manager
  • Hands on experience with Braze a plus

Pros:

I enjoy every one I work with even though I know many of them only virtually. We have employees (and contractors) from around the globe working hard to bring the owner's vision to fruition. We have a team mentality with everyone playing their individual parts. I love the flexible work environment, being a working parent. I am able to work early or make up time later in the evening and/or on weekends. I began as a contractor and then was hired on full-time. I am very happy with this company.
