What You'll be Doing:
The Event Planning & Marketing Intern will support several key projects across event/meeting planning and marketing. We are looking for an individual that is available starting in June 2022 through October 14th, 2022.
Key responsibilities include:
· Event Planning:
o Help plan, prepare and execute our annual Partner Meeting slated for October 8th, 2022, including:
Managing and monitoring a custom registration platform in Microsoft Teams and Forms
Creating and managing meeting invitations and rsvp lists
Creating and deploying ongoing correspondence and communication with attendees leading up to the meeting
Ordering meeting collateral, swag, and supplies
Identifying and organizing headshots and onsite photography
Attending the meeting for onsite support and post meeting teardown
· Marketing:
o Website optimizations:
Working within Google & our internal review platform to audit and categorize patient reviews into key themes
Analyzing best in class competitor websites and provide recommendations for ongoing optimizations
Completing audit of website content, inc. provider headshot, bios and practice hours to ensure accuracy and completeness
o Conduct situation analysis on Orthodontics, including current industry trends, NADG practice performance analysis, and implications/recommendations
o Plan and execute a payer and employer marketing pilot with discrete KPIs and learnings
WHO YOU ARE/ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
· Junior or Senior in an Undergraduate business program or MBA candidate preferred.
· Available to work ~40hr/wk from June – August, scaling back to ~25 hr/wk September – October. Must be able to work at least 4 hours per day from Sept – Oct.
· Ability to travel for the Partner Meeting
· Proficient in Microsoft Team and Forms
· Experience in or passion for event planning and meeting coordination.
· Experience in or passion for marketing, specifically identifying and leveraging consumer insights.
· Strong oral and written communicator with ability to clearly present data and deliver recommendations.
· Self-starter
· Must be detail oriented, action oriented and results focused.
· Solid time management and prioritization skills.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
