Company reviews
"Very high volume calls, hard to keep up and get every appointment. "
Former EmployeePatient Services Representative
I was fired due to health reasons. I could not keep up and was told that I had unsatisfactory work performance. Management was poor and you were expected to know everything.
Pros:
Cons:

"Corporate "
Former EmployeeScheduling Coordinator
It is a very energy sucking, aggravating job. They set unobtainable goals and dangle a bonus and expectations in your face and pull them out from underneath you in a heart beat. If you have kids this definitely is not the job for you due to they are NOT willing to work with you with your schedule at all. The turn over rate for the company is one like I’ve never seen. You have to read from a script and sound ridiculously robotic. If you don’t quality assurance makes sure you are aware with multiple write ups and reprimands. Once you do your training you’re on your own and everyone acts like they are there for you however you’re on your own once you are out of “nesting” You get wrote up for the littlest mistakes. It’s a very cult like aggravating work environment( even though your working from home) you deal with alot of upset patients due to coworkers hanging up on people bc they get ahold of the dental office the patient is looking to speak to. I’d look at a different employer if your looking to work at NADG. You’re welcome in advance.
Pros:
Cons:

"Poor communication "
Current EmployeeDental Assistant
Poor communication, no team work at all..Patients are treated poorly..,patients are treated like pay checks..They will take advantage of you..Nobody listens to anyone and nobody takes responsibility for their actions.

"Caring people caring for people. "
Current EmployeeSenior Office Manager
I love the culture and the way hard work is recognized with growth opportunities. They work hard to provide structure. Truly love working for NADG
