Company reviews
"Great Culture!"
Former EmployeeBusiness Analyst
The best company for progressive culture. People are great, flexible work hours, good compensation. This company is very much on the cutting edge of companies when it comes to culture.
Pros:
Cons:

"Honesty should be the best policy, but.."
Former EmployeeSoftware Engineer
My coworkers were absolutely amazing, nice people, whom I miss dearly and are the reason this isn't a 1 star, but unfortunately, management and HR were not honest with me throughout my time at RSI. I had an all around sketchy experience, and any time I would ask questions about my performance, they would tip toe around it and not give me an answer. Like I said in the beginning, my coworkers were seriously awesome. I got along with everyone well, but wasn't the right fit to stay. I probably had a slightly unusual experience, so the same stuff that happened to me, may not happen to you. If you do get hired here, I will say just be cautious. You could think you're doing fine, but then get cut out immediately because you were doing something wrong without management coaching you and informing you that you did wrong until it was too late.
Pros:
Cons:

"Good work culture, and good starting place. Don't stay for long"
Current EmployeeAssociate Consultant
Welcoming to newcomers in the industry, and a great culture with many fun events. However the pay and benefits are poor, and it should probably be avoided if you're already experienced.

"Some middle management problems"
Former EmployeeComputer Consultant
Did not get support from upper management. Work environment was good. Co-workers were great to work with. Training was haphazard at best. I would recommend for someone who is established already in the field.
