"A great place to work. Period."
Current EmployeeSupply Chain Specialist
A great place to work. Period. Fast paced, multi task oriented. Hard part to accept is people keep promoting out of their positions and have to back fill. Most enjoyable part of job is the variety of tasks.
Pros:
Cons:

"Good work culture, respect for WLB"
Former EmployeeMechanical Engineer
True to much of the rumors, it’s a large aerospace company and the job is characteristic of what you would expect—slow moving, old structure. There are many positives, good work life balance, decent PTO accrual, good coworkers. Pay could be more competitive but was definitely reasonable.

"4/10s schedule "
Current EmployeeAircraft Mechanic II
Good work schedule and benefits good enough for a worker. Get to work and you will be Ok. Company loves people that live there. If you want money and no life this is the place for you!

The people are very motivated and highly educated. They work hard and are very nice. Great place to work. Management is very supportive if you want to take time off and go to school or take time off for medical reasons. Highly recommend.
