  • Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members
  • Lead, train, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals
  • Promote our organization in a positive way, with an emphasis on marketing and building new business with referral channels such as realtors
  • Meet and exceed sales management goals, pipeline goals, and new business generation goals to increase market share
  • Recruit, hire and train all branch personnel including mortgage loan officers/ MLOs, compliance, operations, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a well-rounded team
  • 3-5 years of experience in banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role in customer service, human resources, operations, business development, or sales management
  • 4-year degree in banking, finance, economics or business administration preferred - equivalent experience accepted
  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills, and exceptional communication skills
  • Must be able to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and have demonstrated knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional residential mortgage loan products and regulations
  • Advanced technical/ computer skills and strong mortgage industry knowledge

I really enjoyed working with all departments, it's an open floor plan where the CEO would sit with all of us if need be. There's no traditional cubical setting which made the place great to work at and different type of culture. I had a floor manager who wasn't the greatest and a supervisor who wasn't comfortable with backing his people up when they needed him most. Other than those experiences I had with those individuals, I really had no complaints about the place. You work hard and it will pay off.
