Company reviews
"Great company vision statement."
Former EmployeeMaintenance Electrician
Management and people partners degrade employees (especially women, and people with disabilities) the expectation is to work off hours and in 10, and 12 hour blocks. If you so much as need to go to the bank you will be charged pto time.(10 to 12 hours 6 or 7 days a week) When reporting management for forced unsafe practices the employee suffers conciquences from direct manager and people partner. When injured from this the employee is forced to use their own pto time to seek medical attention. Management is something from a time long ago working in a coal mine and do not care if you live or die. Management will reprimand you for everything they can to cause low morale, and offer no answers to what corrective actions they expect. Management will even tell you while experiencing a medical issue that you appear to have a desiese. I believe this is a good company but it has grown so big so fast there is no check and balance in place. And this may not be the culture across the company. But it certainly is in my department.

Former EmployeeR&D Engineer
I was contract and when i got in there i could tell is was going to be temporary there where way too many heads. The lucky ones who got hired had a good jobs and good benefits ahead of them. I was in R&D. it was changing daily in the way of testing and job description but it was expected. Fun and laid back place to work. Goal Driven.
