Company reviews
"Not good"
Former EmployeeSales
Worked here for a bit and I was not happy with my overall experience. Repetitive training and not supportive people around you. I would not recommend it here at all
Pros:
Cons:

"Worst employer"
Former EmployeeClaims Adjuster
Terrible company, long work hours, rude managers. They lied about the position in the interview. The company provides no work-life balance, pushing 8-10 hours of overtime on employees.
Pros:

"overall a great place to work, inclusive and supportive environment"
Current EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
lots of flexibility with work from home, decent pay, great benefits, and they pay for you to acquire an insurance license. only negative is back-to-back calls all day every day, but that is standard for most customer service positions

"Great co workers. "
Former EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
Worked with great coworkers. Had my own cubicle, a supervisor sits behind you and hovers over you while working to grade your performance. It can be a little daunting.
