Company reviews
"Like any other Public Accounting"
Current EmployeeTax Accountant
In the beginning it was great but after working awhile you notice all the cons. Like the long hours, the micro-managing, lack of appreciation, and low pay for the amount of work.

"Don't work here"
Former EmployeeTax Senior
They will work you to the bone, without an doubt. They will suck the life out of you, and when they interview you. Its "oh, just an occasional saturday during tax season" when in reality, you can't hit your charge goals unless you average 55 hours a week for the whole year.... so look at their salary offer, and take 1/3 of it away, because that is the amount of overtime they make you work.

"Terrific Managers & Partners; Public Accounting Is What It Is"
Former EmployeeQuality Assurance Analyst
The headline says it all. In the public accounting field, who you work with is the biggest difference from one firm to another. You're going to work hard, you're going to work late, and you're going to be stressed. Having good, supportive leaders who genuinely make every effort to help you succeed is crucial in this industry, and you'll find that in spades at Cherry Bekaert.

"A productive and fun workplace with a ping pong table"
Former EmployeeAdministrative Assistant
A very relaxing environment to work in. They have a "Family first policy". Everybody there is very professional, polite and friendly. And they are flexible when meeting the needs of their clients and employees.
