Pros:
Cons:

"Tends to have stable jobs"
Current EmployeeSenior Writer/Editor
I've worked at Aquent as a freelancer: meaning no PTO, no holiday pay, etc. The good part is that once Aquent places you in a job, you usually don't have to worry about it ending early or having enormous changes (which are all too common at other agencies). The bad parts: Their pay is significantly lower than other agencies featuring comparable jobs and once you're in the job, you're stuck. Five years later, they will still be offering you the same jobs at the same rate, no matter how many skills you have added.

Good company good work sites contracts partners are good would love to work for them again They should push to keep their employees working at other jobs find more contracts

Experience is totally related to the company in which you are placed. I had several terrible short term placements, two excellent longterm placements. The negative ones used you to do boring work, or not much of anything. The great ones would start you off with lower level tasks, but would move you into creative projects once they saw what you were capable of. Aquent itself was fine to work with, I received benefits. My experience with them ended several years ago.
