favoritism is rampant! Hire very young and promote idiots with no experience because they like them. They have no specific goals. They just want to make money. they dont really care about the patients. they are not the best at what they do. All the extra goodies now cost a lot of money. they take very few insurance plans.

"The caring environment for patients and employees "
Former EmployeeMedical Assistant
I was impressed at the level of care that is given during the new employee orientation by educating the employees on their mission. It was a great experience to work there

"Provides quality care for patients "
Former EmployeeNurse Practitioner
Good place to work. This job as hospitalist can not be done remotely. This survey is asking a lot about working remotely which does not apply to this work setting.

Good place to work. I would probably still be there if the Tulsa site hadn’t closed. I miss the people and the flexibility of the job. I don’t believe there will ever be another place like CTCA.
