Company reviews
"Underpaid and overworked"
Current Employee
Work 6 to 7 days. No time to do anything or make plans. Have to put in for vacation just to have a day to spend time with family. Only get paid between $16 to $18 for most positions, some get less. Not much work/life balance

"All they want is Cans"
Former Employee
Pay is fairly good. Place is so missed managed and everyone just does their own thing with no communication. If they find out you’re a good worker, they’ll put all the work on you, and let the bad workers sit around and do nothing. You can get so much over time if you want because no one is watching you. Handful of people go find places to hide and sleep on the job. When they’re caught, management try’s to play it off as if it’s no big deal. All they really want is cans, don’t fully care about employees. Break downs happen every day, but they find the cheapest and quickest bandaid fix, which usually results in another bigger break down within a week.

"Productive and progressive company with tons of support for self improvement and education."
Current Employee
Growing company with excellent benefits. Great people to work with with management that truly cares about employees. Current job climate makes it harder for everyone but teams have a can do attitude.

"Doesn't provide proper safety gear"
Former EmployeeForklift Operator
On my first day of employment they didn't provide proper safety gear. Most of what they provided didn't fit. I got frostbite on my ears within hours. I felt like just a number.
