Working at progrexion has been overall a pretty good experience. Some pros is you always have leads coming in to sell. There is no worrying if you are going to get leads to sell. Also they give you freedom to be yourself, they aren’t up your back about selling just hit your numbers commission our and you’ll do okay. There is a huge learning curve at first, but after that it gets repetitive. Cons are pto isn’t huge. You have to pay someone to take your shift if you don’t have any days left, and rules are always changing. What you say in your sales script one week might be okay but then next week you’ll get flagged because the rules are always changing of what you can and can’t say which can get pretty frustrating. The rules don’t always stay consistent.

Management is super is to talk to, and most of the coaches are nice. However, the burnout is real because its a call center job. It's the same thing every day and that can be exhausting.
