Company reviews
"Awesome Company to work for!"
Current EmployeeCredentialing Coordinator
Employees are genuinely valued and put in positions to suceed. I have never worked for a company that truely cares about their employees like Array does. Management encourages everyone to speak up and share ideas for improvement and they strive to be the best while also treating their employees the best.

"Onboarding contract employee"
Current EmployeeLicensed Clinical Social Worker
I was recruited by this company and selected them due to their flexibility and since I can work entirely from home. I can schedule my own available hours within their requirements. They have a great team, tech support, training, they do the bulk of the credentialing and billing. I am due to start very soon seeing clients in their virtual platform. They are established in the field and have a proven reputation. This was a big draw for me.

"Job Culture needs to change"
Former EmployeePatient Services Representative
I worked at Insight Telepsychiatry as a Patient Access Representative. During my time there, I realized the job culture was unsatisfactory, specifically towards people of color in higher positions. Moving forward, it is imperative that InSight Telepsychiatry understands that changes must be made in their work culture. There must be more support for the Patient Access Department as well as have a manager who is dedicated to seeing positive outcomes for their team. My call center manager was never around, barely if ever picked up his phone when it came to urgent matters and even when my uncle passed from COVID-19 never checked to see how I was doing regarding his passing. Mind you, I was working and still on the clock when I was told by my mother my uncle passed away the night of my shift. Corporate never regarded the patient access department in the loop when it came to pertinent information. It was as if the Patient Access Center was an afterthought.

"Great place to work. Very diversed"
Current EmployeeHelpdesk
Great place to work. Very diversified. Feels like a family organization. Great remote opportunity. Their leadership is competent and acts as a great resource.
