Company reviews
"It's Okay"
Current EmployeeMarketing Manager
NBC has some great company perks and benefits but the pay isn't as competitive. It's an okay environment to be around depending on your department. Lack of diversity.
Pros:
Cons:

"Great place to Learn"
Former EmployeeEnvironmental Health and Safety Specialist
This is a great place to be exposed to many different faucets of entertainment business. Lots of changes occurred after Comcast acquisition. Lots of layoffs

"HR is not there to protect you. "
Former EmployeeUnion Worker
HR team mishandled multiple issues about there Covid practices. HR will lie to you. They are not there to protect the workers, only the company. When you call them out on full on lying. HR simply will not email or call you back. If you work or have worked for this company DO NOT call HR with problems. GET A LAWYER!

"All That Glitters is Not Gold"
Former EmployeeProduction
Everything is surface level deep. Having the company name on your resume is powerful. However, the longer you stay the less valuable your original skillset is to other companies and jobs. You become rusty. It happens unknowingly. Soulful story telling and purposeful production becomes fueled by corporate ladder chasing intentions. How much you can learn is maxed out within 3 years. Any other time spent here is professional stagnancy. You are held in place since promotions, growth and opportunity are only allotted to specific people by management with inflated titles.
