Company reviews
"Flexible Remote Work with Awesome Team and Culture"
Current EmployeeHeld Various Positions
The company reminds employees of mission and vision often. Employee feedback is encouraged and thoroughly reviewed-often implemented. Everyone is so helpful and great to work with. My managers have taken an active role in training me and helping me grow professionally. The management style overall I would describe as compassionate leadership. This is also the most collaborative atmosphere I've ever worked in and the company seems to be taking employee wellness, professional development, and other needs very seriously and making changes/providing new resources and benefits for employees etc. I love working here. It's truly very teamwork and community-oriented.

"Good work environment; average pay"
Current EmployeeDeveloper
I was hired to help develop lessons and eventually worked on reviewing and editing lessons as well. It's a good work environment, and my supervisor is great. Originally it was home-school-oriented and now the focus is more on the public school market. The pay could be better.

"It seems great at the outset. Promoted mission statement is just lip service."
Former EmployeeAcademic Advisor
They hired a lot of new employees to take advantage of the demand for enrollment, as to make as much profit as possible. With very little training, and a weak onboarding process, we were thrown into the job. At the last day of our three month probation, most of us were terminated effective immediately because their enrollment dropped. This happened in November, close to Christmas. This is an educational job, and our field does not usually hire mid-year. We are left with very few job opportunities to apply to at this point. They were clearly motivated by greed and profit, not having any concern for the actual lives of employees that were deeply affected by this management malpractice.
