Advanced Projects and People is one of those organisations that has mastered the art of abusing its staff and has reached the stage where an incredibly high churn factor is actually a part of its business strategy. They have no intention of maintaining or developing staff, but merely, get as much as you can out of someone before they've had too much and need to leave, then they will find the next victim. (Usually currently unemployed) This adds to their strategy of paying people a fraction of their value but assigning three times the amount of work. There are absolutely no benefits to speak of and the fact that you get a salary should be a benefit enough to work there.

It was an organised company that let you do your work without interferenc. The management was very good and the atmosphere was always very relaxed. I sometimes regret leaving the company.
