72% turnover rate…. Should say it all.. management only cares about themselves as adjusters get hammered with work and requires OT…. During OT managers no where to be found when questions arise..

I've worked for Liberty nearly 7 years. Love what I'm doing now and manager is hands-off but very supportive. Great team environment. Good work/life balance. Opportunities galore if you can get in front of the right people in the company.
Pros:
Good Benefits and work environment
Cons:
Salary pay grades have a min-max. If you top out, you have to get promoted or get a different position to make more money.
"Front line managers very fair and impartial. Upper management keen to reward employees for exemplery work. "
Former Employee•Registered Nurse Case Manager

Work hours varied due to customer needs. Never required to work evenings or weekends. Hardest part of the job was keeping up with the paperwork. Real "team" approach. Managers always helped to find a team member to help out with overload.
Pros:
They really care about their employees.
Cons:
Work/life balance was difficult to maintain depending on customer needs.
