Treliant seeks highly skilled underwriters with 2+ years of recent frontline mortgage underwriting experience for an immediate remote project based opportunity. Key areas of focus include:

Perform frontline underwriting of conventional residential mortgage loans;
Review and analyze application documents provided by consumers;
Calculate available consumer cash flow based upon documentation received;
Reconcile debt, expense amounts, and ratios;
Review loan history provided in the documentation and results of prior review requests;
Issue underwriting decisions using procedures, systems and ensure compliance or investor underwriting guidelines;
Escalate issues with the assigned manager;
Document the underwriting review in systems;
Maintain required production and quality standards; and
Ensure quality customer service.

At least 2+ years of mortgage underwriting experience

Good place to work if you have a supportive manager. I worked on two projects. The first had a great manager, but I cannot say the same for the second project. The manager was totally absent, unrealistic and unsupportive. In hindsight, I regret engaging the second project.
