Job description

Position is remote and part time(without benefits)

You will work as part of a team of talented and passionate Customer Service professionals that support our Agents and provide stellar customer service to our Clients. Below are some of the responsibilities that this role will have regularly:

  • Process quotes and applications for Agents
  • Provide detailed documentation in our Agency Mgmt System (AMS360)
  • Provide documents to mortgage companies for home closings
  • Take policy payments from clients over the phone and in-person
  • Process personal lines policy changes
  • Handle incoming and out going mail for Agents
  • Manage all clients through our Agency Mgmt System
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from clients, mortgage brokers, insurance carries, etc.
  • Upload documents for archive
  • Send required documents to insurance carriers and/or clients
  • Correspond with the insurance carriers to insure they have all docs needed

You will also need to have a true passion for providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally. Requirements:

Highschool Diploma or equivalent

Property and Casualty license strongly preferred

Knowledge of personal and commercial products desired

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
