Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Student Intern to fill a 3-month contract located in Boston. This position can be on-site or an opportunity for hybrid or remote work.
As a Student Intern your duties will include but not be limited to:
Developing and undertaking an independent research project and presenting the results of their research to the MIMTA investment staff.
Providing support for a variety of research initiatives across our business units, specifically within the economics research team.
Assisting in other Manulife Investment Management Timberland and Agriculture (MIMTA) activities
Qualifications required for this Student Intern position include:
Pursuing a graduate degree in natural resources, agriculture, real estate, or business, with a strong emphasis on economics and finance preferred
An interest in timberland, farmland or real asset investment and management is expected
Previous work experience in the sector is helpful, but not required
