"Great job with great co-workers!"
Current EmployeeOptometric Technician
I've been working for a little over a month & I love it. Management is helpful & great. I love coming to work! The benefits are nice and you are allowed either a 30 minute lunch or an hour which is very nice. The only downside is the pay. I feel like I could be paid more, but I am still happy/comfortable with the wage they pay me.

I loved this job and worked for them when they were “Rinkov Eyecare” . I’m not sure of how different it is now but back then, everything was great besides the management.. and the management was bad enough that it ran entire staffs out. I worked for a complete sociopath.

Cons:

"Good management in place-inclusive culture."

It is great to work for a company where your voice is heard, and you are able to openly express your ideas for company growth. Clarkson Eyecare is by far the best optical company I have been blessed to be an employed by-and this is coming from a 20 year optical veteran. To add, the optometrists in our offices are some of THE BEST I have ever worked alongside.
