Company reviews
"Great flexibility"
Current EmployeeSpeech Language Pathologist
Company lets me work part time the hours and days I want, fair pay, good support through eLuma in dealing with the contracted school sites. I have worked 3 school years with this company and am happy with the flexibility.

"Great place to work"
Current EmployeeSpeech Language Pathologist
I have enjoyed working for eLuma. The first thing that you notice when you join this company is the camaraderie and supportive work culture. I have worked here for two school years and have noticed that the management at eLuma frequently asks employees for anonymous feedback on any changes that need to be made to make things run smoother. Also, the tech support is easily reached and responds quickly to any concerns. It's easy to reach out to colleagues, as well. All of the resources needed are readily at hand and easy to access which makes adjusting to working online doable. To be frank, there are some aspects that take getting used to but they are related to learning to work online vs on campus. Once you overcome those novel environment changes, day to day work is pretty standard. I would recommend working here.

"Toxic environment, ableist, poor management"
Former EmployeeSpeech Language Pathologist
As a neurodivergent SLP I found the atmosphere with eLuma to be toxic and ableist. Individualism is not valued, feedback is not constructive, and the training is abysmal. Therapists are made to provide teletherapy services to EVERYONE regardless of whether they are appropriate candidates. Bringing up concerns and asking for help is one of the quickest ways to have your contract terminated and because eLuma only employs independent contractors this practice allows for loose compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

"Great company to work for!"
Current EmployeeSpeech Language Pathologist
I honestly can't say anything bad about eLuma. They were the highest paying entry level teletherapy company I interviewed with. It is an amazing support system & you really feel connected even though you're not technically working together. I feel heard and respected when I ask for certain assignments. It really helps that most of the managers are also therapists so they are relatable and reasonable.
