North Memorial has been a breath of fresh air. Though the infrastructure in HR needs a lot of work, leaders ask for team input and make changes accordingly. Everyone is working together to make things better for our customers. Working for this hospital has felt very rewarding.

"Good life and work balance."
Current EmployeeEmergency Medical Technician
I work for the ambulance service. Management is not great. I’m here only because I got good hours and my coworkers are great. No support from management.

"Great employees and teamwork but understaffed RNs."
Current EmployeeRegistered Nurse Case Manager
RNs are understaffed and forced to work overtime. The most enjoyable part of the job is the diverse patient population. Covid related overtime and early retirements have left the remaining RN staff depleted and burned out.

"on-site cafeteria; coffee shop, gift shop, fitness center, credit union"

Temporary employee - 1 year; overall management is good; employees are typically friendly and proud of their work; most enjoyable is the interaction with the people
