It is not a bad job to start out with. They will pay for you to be licensed. The hours will vary though based on campaign selected.

The contract they have with Capital one is the best!! I love the customers and i’m definitely going to missed them. Sitel is not worth working for their system to operate with was always down or messing up and they don’t paid you for Tech time when it’s actually on their end.
