Company Description
RBW Consulting was formed in 2007 by three talented recruiters, whose vision was to create a consultancy offering a thoroughly modern approach to recruitment that would stand out from the rest. Drawing upon combined recruitment experience of over 20 years, the Directors set out to build a company that provides a genuine, intelligent service to our clients. A central part of achieving this aim has been to select a team of recruitment professionals who believe in working to the very highest standards and who take pride in acquiring in-depth knowledge in order to excel. Despite the challenges of carving a niche in a highly competitive environment during a severe economic downturn, our professional, energetic and committed approach has seen us defy market conditions and grow into a leading recruitment partner in all our specialist markets. Why we believe specialism is key: Whether you are a manager looking to recruit a team member, or you are an individual looking for the next step in your career, trusting the business relationship you have with your consultancy is imperative. We feel it is vital that every contact you have with RBW is dealt with by someone who understands your occupation and marketplace to the point where they can give you genuinely helpful advice and guidance. For this reason, each RBW Consultant works in only one skill area; working with people in your part of the industry day-in, day-out, ensures that we give you the very best possible service every time you come to us.

Company reviews
"Fun team"
Current EmployeePrincipal Consultant
Fun team of dedicated volunteers. They are committed to ensuring the event runs smoothly. Attendees had lots of positive feedback in regards to the overall show and the volunteers.

"Productive Workplace"
Former EmployeeConstruction Laborer
Great people, great work environment. Tough everyday grind but, worth it if willing to put the work in. Typical work day start at 7 am and either, meet at the shop or site. Then, have site manager lay out tasks for the day. Do hazard safety report. Then, start tasks until completion.

"The Brighton Office"
Current EmployeeConsultant
I started at researcher level and moved quickly to the Brighton office which is where I wanted to be. The team in Brighton is smaller than Crawley but has a totally different feel (in a positive way). Both offices are amazing, and Crawley taught me so much, so I thought moving to a smaller office would be tough. It actually was an amazing move. Brighton has a real start up feel with everyone pulling together and getting the work done, like one big team - and management down here is great at understanding situations and helping out. Brighton is a great office to be in for social gatherings, working community and general day to day vibes. I honestly can not recommend the Brighton office (and RBW) enough. The company has treated me so well and given me so much autonomy and guidance.
