Job Title: Biostatistician – Senior/Principal – FULLY REMOTE

What You’ll be Doing

You’ll join a designated project team and work in the production and quality control of analysis plans, reports, derived datasets, and TLFs, while providing statistical advice to clients.

  • Coordinating and leading a team to completion of projects in range of TAs.
  • Be a key point of contact with various stakeholders, teams, and sponsors for any issues.
  • Quality focused! Ensuring all derived datasets, TLFs, and listings are accurate the first time.
  • Leading production and quality control of randomizations, analysis plans, statistical reports, statistical sections of integrated clinical reports and other process supporting documents
  • You’ll provide support as an independent SME providing data and analysis for review.

What You’ll Bring

  • PhD or Master’s degree and experience working as a biostatistician within biopharma or CRO industry.
  • An understanding of statistical issues in clinical trials
  • SAS programming experience and experience leading (or co-leading) projects
  • Team-focused attitude! Working with other departments and ensuring smooth collaboration is essential to business success.

Great people, great work environment. Tough everyday grind but, worth it if willing to put the work in. Typical work day start at 7 am and either, meet at the shop or site. Then, have site manager lay out tasks for the day. Do hazard safety report. Then, start tasks until completion.

I started at researcher level and moved quickly to the Brighton office which is where I wanted to be. The team in Brighton is smaller than Crawley but has a totally different feel (in a positive way). Both offices are amazing, and Crawley taught me so much, so I thought moving to a smaller office would be tough. It actually was an amazing move. Brighton has a real start up feel with everyone pulling together and getting the work done, like one big team - and management down here is great at understanding situations and helping out. Brighton is a great office to be in for social gatherings, working community and general day to day vibes. I honestly can not recommend the Brighton office (and RBW) enough. The company has treated me so well and given me so much autonomy and guidance.
