We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls and chat in a high-energy work from home environment.
You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.
Note: This position is only open to candidates residing in the state of Virginia.

· Competitive hourly rate – opportunities start at $13 per hour but can vary by role
· Two schedules: Customer Service Representatives Mon-Fri and Saturday on occasion, with a shift from 8am-9pm and Emergency Service Representatives with a 24/7 shift with premium pay
