Company reviews
"Friendly work atmosphere, Friendly competition"
Current EmployeeRecruitment Manager
The opportunities for growth at Locum Connections are unparalleled in this industry. Being a smaller company there potential for promotions are certainly here. There are no designated regions or territories, if there is no relationship being built with a client or a provider, that client or provider is fair game, everyone is respectful of each other's work.
Pros:

"in float pool"
Current EmployeePhysician Assistant
primary care and fast paced. excellent staff. excellent training and orientation. work culture is professional and helpful. excellent salary. paid mileage.
Pros:

"Poorly managed and ran."
Former EmployeeSenior Recruiter
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. From the CEO, to the directors, they are clueless on what they are doing. They show extreme favoritism. If you aren't in their clicks GOD help you. The CEO has no idea what he's doing either.
Cons:

"Great place, friendly people, quiet atmosphere"
Current EmployeePhysician Recruiter
It is a good place to work - easy to get to, easy parking, easy access as right off 285. The people are friendly and likable, flexible schedules available, can even tele-commute some. Learned a lot about managing the business from a recruiter's standpoint, but also from a manager's standpoint.
