National Account Managers at Indeed help the top organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. As our most senior direct sales representative, you will advocate Job Search technology to leading companies. You will also promote the inventive power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative and mobile. In addition to comprehensive internal training, we provide award winning Sandler Sales Training to keep your skills fresh.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for selling Indeed's products or services, developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts
  • Sell pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to F1000 organizations
  • Assigned to large, complex, high visibility and strategic accounts
  • Conduct face to face meetings including presentations, webinars and product demonstrations over the phone
  • Identify revenue opportunities within an entire client organization
  • Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales
  • Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to become industry expert

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in an enterprise field sales environment
  • Prior experience selling in a staffing or recruiting agency
  • Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations
  • Understands how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations
  • Experience in consultative and solution based selling
  • Recent, relevant experience at a high growth organization
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Passion to educate and close deals quickly
  • Ability to travel up to 40% - 50% of the time
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Metrics-oriented

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 80,000 - 135,000 USD per year

I really enjoy working in sales for Indeed. The product is strong, however, the clients can be slow to learn and implacable. I really enjoy the company perks, and the sense of belonging. Upper level sales management can feel disconnected.

This can be a great job depending on the market. On the developed markets and in English speaking countries solutions deliver great results but be aware that in emerging markets it is not that obvious. Be prepared for a hard work and you will need some luck. In some countries you'd better sell via Partners as there is no offer in local currency and it is easier to prepare one solution for the end user. Great people, great culture, and it was fun in the office until Covid.
