Company reviews
"Great place"
Former EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
I enjoyed my 10 years. Moved around and advanced a lot but couldn’t quite reach where I wanted to. Paid by the minute basically and rate of pay at my time was very low.

Cons:

"Worst places To work. "
Former EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
This place is a high stress environment and when you are training, you’re there for 8.5 hrs. They don’t pay you for one of your breaks and a lunch. So 45 minutes is taken off your work day everyday. After you are done training you work long shifts of 9.5 hrs. In a high stress job like this, it is awful. Than there is management. They all need to be fired and replaced. I lasted 7.5 months and ended up with health issues from this job. It’s awful
Pros:
Cons:

"Horrible company "
Former EmployeeCall Center Representative
Horrible company. No good benefits. Customers always calling in complaining about the service. Leadership sucks No one’s wants to take responsibility when customers want talk to higher up management . Management only tell you what you’re doing wrong never tell you what you’re doing right. I just don’t like how this company run things.

"Short term at best"
Former EmployeeTechnical Support
Been working here for almost 2 years. I thought it was great since you’re able to get you scheduled accommodated for school. Work is easy, yet very repetitive. Management is hit or miss, some will work with you with work related or non work related issue and some will not. Benefits and pto are a plus, but the amount of PTO earned is very little, I believe it’s 2.5 to 3 hours of PTO every check. No sick days. I’ve heard UTO exist but was never offered and working holidays is expected. My biggest complaint is management. Two years of employment had me burned out tremendously and after talking to my TL about the burn out I was feeling, showed no remorse and didn’t even bother to help me. It’s really easy to get hired here, no drug test or experience required, but it’s only good to add to a resume. I don’t recommend making a career out of this unless you want to be over worked
