"Great Place to work."
Former EmployeeInsurance Agent
I started my insurance career with Liberty. They gave me paid training and study time to obtain my licenses. Work life balance was great there. You will need to be self motivated and willing to go out and build your own book of business and establish lead generation. The company doesn't really provide solid workable leads. You will have to be ready to creatively hustle for yourself.

Cons:

"Bodily injury adjuster "
Current EmployeeClaims Adjuster
I love it here! I have no complaints. The people I work with are very supportive. Management is very understanding Does not micromanage. Full time work from home options.

"A great place to start and gain knowledge about the insurance industry. Great people with a family feel."
Former EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
I worked there for many years, I knew nothing about insurance, but they provide excellent training. Lots of room for advancement with hard work, be accountable and mind your own business.
Pros:
Cons:

"Impossible Metrics "
Current EmployeeAdjuster
BI adjuster horrible experience. Unrealistic goals. Impossible workload. No room for growth. Very political & popularity contest for promotions this also goes for upper management. Direct Management is unprofessional & calculated. Their handling during the pandemic was extremely disappointing. Zero understanding of circumstances & in fact increased expectations. Workload became unbearable because so many people were leaving either by way of quitting or getting fired but we were still expected to keep on taking on more workload with no complaints. It was just overall a horrible experience. The stress was not worth it.
