Company reviews
"Growing company that is in need of better leadership."
Former EmployeeAssembler
Constant state of rush to meet customer orders. Difficulty in getting support to resolve problems in the production areas. No defined path of personal growth or promotion in the production areas. Passing over experienced employees for promotion while bringing in new hires at higher grade levels.

"Good people to work with, management not so much"
Current EmployeeProject Coordinator
This company rarely promotes women to management positions. The pay is sub par. The benefits are ok, but a little expensive. Departments do not work together.

"Easy work, Decent pay"
Current EmployeeElectronics Technician
Work is monotonous. Pay is above minimum wage. Not a ton of room for advancement and the pay increase is nothing to write home about. Covid times have made this worse. Overall a good company to work for regardless.

"Management desperately needed training; hopefully this has changed in the last several years."
Former EmployeeMarketing Communications Manager
I loved my job and the people I worked with, but I was completely overwhelmed with my workload when my supervisor didn't follow through on hiring a new colleague after firing someone. I did not feel that my manager had my back, nor would he/she stick up for me when someone threw me under the bus, which is what happened. First time in my 25+ years that I have been fired.
