"Stay away!"
Current EmployeeEverything
Management doesn't care that you have no life/work/balance. Too many silos creating inefficiencies and lack of communication from the top down and across departments. Working way too many hours and forget taking PTO because you will have to work anyways. MatrixCare pays below market. Too many meetings with no follow up or goals of the meetings taking away from your daily responsibilities. Management plays favorites for promotions. I have a lack of trust among Sr. leadership and they don't care that you are working 50 -60 hour workweeks. They won't hire more people to help with your workload. If you want to be worked to the bone with no life outside of work and for a salary that is below market, then this is the place for you.
