Sales Manager,(Carbon Offsets) required by a world leading energy consultancy!
Sales Manager, (Carbon Offsets) will be responsible for selling World Kinect Energy Group’s Carbon Offsetting solutions throughout Europe.).
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Actively identify and prospect for potential clients to develop and grow country sales
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Carbon Offsets ,energy and carbon legislation in general, market trends, new technology and green energy solutions.
  • Business to business field sales - presenting the Company’s energy and sustainability product offering and proactively driving Europe-wide energy and sustainability sales
  • Business to business field sales - presenting the Company’s energy and sustainability product offering and proactively driving sales in the assigned region
  • Pipeline management – energy and sustainability opportunity management
  • Lead generation, cold calling and researching of prospective clients
  • Candidates must be comfortable driving new business goals through phone and video conferencing technology as well as face to face meetings and they will be comfortable delivering sales presentations and representing the Company via video conference technology as an alternative to face to face meetings where business and customer needs require this
  • Proactively contacting prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Effective sales reporting and CRM
  • The successful candidate will have field sales experience in Carbon offsetting.
  • A passion and willingness to promote both energy and sustainability product offerings is essential.
  • Solution selling experience is essential. This is will have been gained in the energy, sustainability or renewable industry.
  • Experience of and passion for proactively developing new business among new and existing customers is essential.
  • Strong track record of researching, contacting and building a strong pipeline of potential customers and new business is essential.
  • Tenacious character and strong passion for new business development is essential.
  • Strong face to face sales presentation delivery experience and skills are important.
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English is essential, along with interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally but also in Europe is essential.

You will not get an hour or OT and make 40 hours a week, and you are so lucky because the customer does not order the fuel more than before, dealing with the gas price up a lot, and You won’t make 103k a year as they post on site, and you have to Understand real life. You will get fired easy if you make a mistake, but if you kiss a..s the manager, you won’t get fired even though you have a big Mess. Please stay away from this company if you want to make money, and there are good companies for you to work for.

The Mgr seemed ok, this company contacted me several times, didn't wanna pay my worth but kept hiring DEAD a**es over me. So I tried contacting corporate because they don't have a number for reference purposes nor do they seem to wanna be contacted...because of me inquiring about the company, LMAO they rescinded the offer. But now I work for there competitors at more pay, and extremely FLEXIBLE. wow....THESE guys don't seem to know what they're doing. Wouldn't recommend.
