Company reviews
"President and Regional Directors are Unbearable and Disrespectful"
Former EmployeeAdmission Counselor
Over priced university that has a poor product for students. Regional Directors are clueless, except for the education guy. Expectations are insane and the training in admissions is a joke. The only training offered is listening to the head admissions person talk for 5-days straight about how good he was back in the day. Anyone that works in finance I feel sorry for. That regional is just plain mean. Turn over is off the charts. They are not able to keep anyone in position and are always looking to hire. High stress environment that does not believe in recognition, support, training or finding solutions. They only care about finding someone to blame.
Pros:
Cons:

"Love working at the Miami Campus!"
Current EmployeeAdmission Counselor
Miami campus is the newest campus. We opened in 2019 and we're growing every day. The team works together and supports the students. Student success and satisfaction are the priorities.

"It’s okay"
Current EmployeeAdmission Representative
High pressure sales disguised as an admissions role. Did not feel great about the environment and the very high stress sales is very off putting. Do not recommend.
Pros:
Cons:

"Good school with dedicated faculty and staff."
Former EmployeeAcademic Advisor
Management sets unattainable goals for staff. There is high employee turnover as a result and management seems to be indifferent to the amount of pressure that is being placed on the employees.
