Company reviews
"Management recognizes hard workers"
Former EmployeePackaging Technician
If you work hard and do what you're asked, management will award you accordingly. If you aren't a hard worker, you may not last long. They want people who will care about the company

"High turn over rate"
Former EmployeePackager
Use to be a good place to work. About once a year they clean house. Several people are fired for no apparent reason. Human resource will say what you want to hear, then turn her back on you. Gossip is a regular part of the job. You can be a dedicated employee and it doesn't help you advance. Required overtime is a part of the job.

"Great Place to Work"
Current EmployeeChief Operating Officer
Employee Owned Business, Profit Sharing, Medical and Dental, Give 1% to local charity, medical device manufacturer, Healthcare Industry is stable and growing. Really good people work here.

"Great Benefits, but poor management"
Former EmployeeUndisclosed
Management is poor. Lower level managers not addressing employee concerns. Everything is lip service. If you want concerns to be addressed, you will have to go to upper management to see results.
