"Vehicular Edge Computing and Security REU Intern"
Former EmployeeIntern
Interesting topic of research. Good freedom to pursue which project you want to research. Professors are supportive. Experience is improved in-person.

Cons:

"Great to work for a University while being a student "
Former EmployeeAudio Visual Technician
I had a great job with a fantastic set of coworkers and great managers. Although it was only a part time job, the position definitely taught me a lot of technical abilities and helped me grow as an AV technician and audio engineer. My biggest complaint is the pay, surely every student-employee lived paycheck to paycheck which is not right considering that we are all working to better the university. It would be wise to invest in your student employees so they don’t have to stress about whether they may or may not make rent while in school.

Cons:

"Good environment"
Former EmployeeTutor
No opportunity to growth, flexible hours, Lack of management , and the pay is low. Sometimes it's stressful depending of the workload that the department has for you and they can ask you to do more

Cons:

"Decent Job"
Former EmployeeFood Manager
Not very responsive management. Extremely short staffed every where. Low pay compared to everywhere else you can work. Really hard to get anything done in day, overwhelmed every day.
